Presumptive legislation news

UFU of WA Secretary Kevin Jolly reported on the historic announcement by the Liberals that if they were elected they would implement presumptive legislation for professional and volunteer firefighters, including benefits for future firefighters who retire. This means that whoever is elected we will get the changes to introduce presumptive protections for firefighters who develop the 12 listed occupational cancers.
